A no-show fee of $200 + 12% HST will be invoiced to those delegates who do not cancel their Forum registration in writing by October 12, 2011 at 5:00p.m. The no-show fee is applied to cover the cost of food and beverage ordered per registered delegate.
Please note: delegate substitutions can be made at anytime. If you wish to substitute a participant (for example, have a colleague attend in your place) email the conference registration office at BCHRegistration@pr1me.ca
