Once again, BC Hydro Power Smart is gearing up to recognize its customers who are leading the way in energy conservation. The Power Smart Excellence Awards is a province-wide recognition event for BC Hydro’s outstanding energy-efficient business customers and partners. This year, a new category has been added to the family of Power Smart Excellence Awards.The Workplace Conservation Leadership Award will honour individuals who embody a conservation ethic within their organizations. The Workplace Conservation Leadership Award also introduces a new model, where nominations are made by businesses. B.C. businesses can nominate an individual within their organization who has taken steps to reduce the company’s overall environmental footprint by assisting in the implementation of an employee energy conservation program.BC Hydro Power Smart invites you to nominate deserving candidates from within your organization.
